Anchor Worldwide, a global integrated creative/media agency, is hiring a Senior Growth Marketer. We are seeking an analytical, structured thinker who can leverage insights, experience, industry and client knowledge to develop comprehensive media strategy and plans, present and convey the plan to project stakeholders and assist with the management of execution and optimization of the plan.

This role is for a full-funnel marketing expert and highly adept communicator with demonstrable media planning and buying experience who can connect efforts to tangible business results. This role is the linchpin of an integrated approach:

  • Responsible for the conception of developing and delivering the media strategy and test and learn approach to project stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the Media team on the development of the media and campaign execution plan.
  • Collaborating with creative teams on the development, adaption and transcreation of campaign assets.
  • Developing performance insights and an approach to optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with client onboarding and the establishment of SOPs.
  • Develop detailed and media strategy and plans that support efficient customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations across multiple parts of customer journey to identify key growth opportunities.
  • Analyze large datasets to draw meaningful insights and continually optimize campaign performance and strategy against KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Assist with the creation of reports that provide `campaign performance insights.
  • Work with key platform partners, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities.
  • Manage a team of media/growth marketers.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc preferred. Totally OK with demonstrable intelligence/experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or growth marketing with demonstrable media strategy and planning experience.
  • Experience managing small teams.
  • Strong familiarity with media buying, including social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), search and programmatic (TTD, Centro).
  • B2B experience highly preferred.
  • Experience implementing and QAing pixels and tags (E.G. GTM).
  • Highly Proficient working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excels at working cross-functionally.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual reporting needs and insights.
