Anchor, a global integrated creative/media agency, is seeking a talented data analyst to sit on our Spotify team and help derive actionable insights and optimizations from various data types. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and shaping insights. This candidate has an analytical mind and an ability to tell stories with data.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with account and strategy teams to deliver social media & analytics reports
- Synthesize insights from social data that will inform key social, content and business decisions
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities
- Establish and maintain industry and brand social media benchmarks
- Create dashboards and build narrative around data analysis through storytelling and visualization
- Lead the optimization strategy for content creation and social media marketing optimization
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing/advertising analytics
- Proficiency with analytics tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media analytics
- High proficiency working with datasets of all varieties
Nice To Haves, But Not Deal Breakers
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL and statistical languages such as Python, Matlab, R and SAS
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker
