Anchor Worldwide, a global integrated creative/media agency, is hiring a Social Media Data Analyst to join the BMW Social team.

Responsibilities

Configure social monitors and build bespoke reporting

Synthesize insights from social media data that will inform key social, content and business decisions

Vet and recommend new technology vendors and learn/configure new analytics platforms

Establish and maintain industry and brand social media benchmarks

Assist with defining social media KPIs and establish proprietary metrics

Create dashboards and build narrative around data through storytelling and visualization

Assist with execution and analysis of research such as consumer insight surveys and content, audience and competitor analysis

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a social media analyst or social listening analyst

Experience using listening platforms to mine and analyze social/web data (e.g. Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, Sysomos, Sprinklr)

Experience analyzing data from social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and ad platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Double Click, The Trade Desk, AppNexus)

Experience in Facebook Ads Manager or a willingness to learn Facebook Ads Manager

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools

Agency or brand experienced preferred, though not required
