Joffre Carmona
Joffre has more than 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing and integrated communications combining creative, strategic planning & digital expertise for the Latin American markets.
In 2008 he became a founding partner and general manager of Tribal DDB Venezuela, the digital branch of DDB Venezuela. Within 3 years, the agency was regarded as Venezuela’s most successful digital agency.
In 2013, Joffre moved to Colombia to join the BBDO Group and develop the digital department for Sistole. That year he also became the Creative/Executive Director of the Bunker, a 100 people digital agency created to work and win the presidential campaign of Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos.
In 2014 he left Sistole to become a founding partner and CCO of Buentipo Anchor, the fastest growing independent agency of Colombia, winning agency of the year of 2019 and most effective independent agency of 2019.
During his career he has worked with many well-known brands such as 3M, Adidas, Avianca, Avantel, Audi, Cantv, Banco Falabella, Del Monte, Discovery Channel, Flips, E! Entertainment, Kraft, Microsoft, Nestle, Plumrose, Renault, Brahma, Kraft, Movistar, McDonald’s, Sodexo, Procolombia, BlackBerry, P & G, Toyota, Starbucks, Sony, Under Armour, Visa and VW.
He has been awarded at the main advertising festivals worldwide and locally: Cannes, EFFIE, London International Advertising, Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, Anda, El Dorado, Festival del Caribe & Premios P&M
